Molteni Production Discharge Presses

 

Molteni Pilot and Production Discharge Presses are used to discharge viscous products from Molteni Planetary, Multi-Shaft, and HMDV Removable Tank Mixers.

 

Molteni Discharge Presses are extremely robust and provide for discharge pressures up to 220 psig. Molteni’s special pressure plate design eliminates the need for internally machined mixing tanks.

 

The standard production scale Molteni Discharge Press lifts the mixing tank 35 inches from ground level for discharge into drums, totes, and for elevated discharge heights required by downstream filling and packaging equipment. Fixed height designs are available which require that the mixing tanks be placed using forklifts or other handling equipment.
